Hunter Custom Homes builds 4-5 custom homes per year. Our homes typically range in price from $225,000. to $750,000. We limit the number of homes we build each year in order to ensure and provide our clients the highest standards of quality, service, and communication.
Located on the eastern side of Cincinnati we exclusively build in Clermont county. We specialize in building on owners lots with the resources to locate any available lots on the market.
Hunter Custom Homes has built many spectacular homes in the Clermont County Home Shows . We are presently and have been members of both building associations for many years.
Builder/Owner
Chuck Ware, president of Hunter Custom Homes, has over 30 years of experience in the home-building industry. He has personally built or supervised the construction of over 750 new homes. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati majoring in building construction technology, Chuck is always on the "cutting edge" with the latest products, designs and technology available.
